An Egg flipping, cake icing, crumb scraping palette knife.

It has an LDPE handle and a steel blade made from a 100 year old broken panel saw.

As the blade is made from an old saw the steel isn't stainless so just needs a little more care when you get it home to keep it in good shape.

To avoid it rusting always hand wash, dry straight away then apply a little oil (any cooking oil will work) to the blade.
